American Council on Education

Students who have received specialized training by various training providers recognized by the ACE (American Council on Education) may be eligible to receive credit toward a degree. The ACE also recognizes examinations that are taken for various career fields.

Students interested in applying for credit through the ACE are not required to submit portfolios for this training, but should send certificates, exam results, or transcripts to the Portfolio Coordinator for an official assessment.

You may view the published list of Training Providers recognized by ACE for your reference, however, not all training is awarded credit by Liberty University.

Students petitioning for credit recognized by the ACE will be charged a $15.00 recording fee per each credit received.
