I love that you all recognize my notes and our class! :) At least I know you were paying attention! LOL

It seems you were in the middle of one of those interesting stories. I enjoyed my intensive in the summer. I will never forget, there was never a dull moment.

Dr. Ackerman, I loved my intensives experience last summer. It gave me the opportunity to work with fellow student colleagues as well as to meet and work with faculty (YOU!). I discovered many things about myself by listening to and sharing with others, and in the process discovered that some of my apprehensions, delights, and challenges are felt by others. The LU community is loving and supportive ~ I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything and look forward to completing my intensives on campus in June 2010.

Dr. Ackerman, I have thoroughly enjoyed EDUC 623 with you on the weekends! The material you cover is relevant, and your passion for students with special needs is infectious & inspiring. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to learn from your experiences. Thanks so much for your encouragement! :-) ~Ester Warren
